Established by the Mozaic Senior Life Board of Directors in 2019, Vision 2031 is part of a long-term commitment to the community and drives our planning for the future. This initiative is focused on providing a full continuum of services, home and community-based, to meet the
ever-changing needs of the elderly, particularly the Baby Boom generation, the largest cohort of Americans to impact society, who will start to turn 85 in 2031. We have targeted that pivotal year to offer transformative services into future decades.

Vision 2031 is focused on these specific areas:

• Providing advanced Senior Living opportunities to include more Independent and Assisted Living
• Expanding Community Services to support seniors – wherever they need it most
