The priority of Mozaic Assisted Living is to create a home with supportive services that empower individuals to maintain their chosen lifestyle.

The Kuriansky Family Residence includes 18 one-bedroom residences for individuals and couples who require assistance with daily living.

The residences are grouped in small “houses” with common areas that include a kitchen, dining room, living room, den, and patio. All meals, priority access to activities, membership to the J Fitness Center (if medically qualified), and use of all amenities are included.

Amenities include:

First floor private residence with kitchenette
Private bathroom with walk-in shower
24/7 on-site nursing staff
Wellness monitoring, monthly vitals and weights
24-hour emergency call system
Household dining with all meals included
Courtyard Café with indoor and outdoor dining
Private dining room available upon request
Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
Scheduled medical transportation within a 10-mile radius up to two times per month
On-site synagogue and other religious services
Recreation programs and activities
Maintenance of apartment, community and grounds
Utilities including electric, heat and hot water

Personalized services are also available to meet individualized needs.
