The Journey to Home Capital Campaign was launched in 2013 working with our friends and community to successfully complete an ambitious fundraising goal of $27 million. Today, we are launching a new 10 for 10 Capital Campaign – as we seek to raise $10M for our 10th anniversary. The Campaign supports our state-of-the-art campus with building enhancements in our Mozaic Jewish Home common areas, Skilled Nurings Households, Assisted Living, Community Services areas and J Fitness Center.

We have lived and worked together, recognized many milestones, and celebrated and honored beautiful lives. The campus was built as the first (and still only) Household model, inter-generational senior living campus in Connecticut, and we are so proud of what we have accomplished together.
